2.- To develop, carry out and manage the personnel selection processes of KIMAK's companies.

INTENDED PURPOSES
The data provided for the selection processes may be disclosed to the different companies that make up KIMAK, whose activities are directly related to the sector of integral assembly of shopping centres and commercial premises, solely for the purpose described above.
The remaining data provided will not be disclosed to third parties, except for legal obligations, such as to the Tax Administration or to the Security Agencies. Such data may be processed by third party service providers, such as financial institutions or companies directly related to the party responsible.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
No international transfers shall be made.
RIGHTS
The right to request access to personal data relating to you, its rectification or deletion and, where appropriate, the limitation of its handling, your objection to its handling and the right to data portability, must be submitted in writing to the HR Department, to the address indicated in the Responsible party section or via e-mail to the address lopd@kimak.com. If we consider it necessary to identify you, we may request a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you have provided us with your consent for the processing of your data, you also have the right to revoke it at any time.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).
PERIOD OF CONSERVATION
The data relating to enquiries, suggestions or complaints will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.
The Data relating to selection processes will be deleted after 4 years from the date of submission.
The data necessary to manage the contractual relationship will be kept until the end of said relationship.
Irrespective of the fact that we process your data for the time necessary to fulfil each purpose, we will subsequently keep them properly stored and protected, meaning that they will be available only at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, for as long as liabilities derived from such handling may arise, in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time (data protection legislation or the Civil Code, among others). Once the possible actions have expired, we will proceed to the deletion of the personal data.
The data you provide will be treated using appropriate security levels in accordance with current legislation on protection of personal data, ensuring the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, given the existing level of technology.
