The Stradivarius chain is renovating its headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallés, in the Parc del Alba industrial park, one of Barcelona's most prominent economic hubs. Next to the Collserola Natural Park, the project by the Batlleiroig architectural studio is integrated into nature and achieves LEED GOLD certification thanks - among other parameters - to the facades that guarantee energy efficiency and reduced consumption, manufactured and installed by KIMAK.
A total of 6,500 m² of glass has been installed between the building envelope and the glazed staircase railings.
Natural light floods the diaphanous and open interiors that seek the utmost comfort for employees.
We have also made the structures and cladding of the interior staircases and elevator boxes, with a white finish to help reflect light and generate a feeling of lightness.
The new Stradivarius headquarters is in line with the group's most recent buildings, with almost zero energy consumption and a very refined aesthetic line.
